“Aramco Stadium” means Aramco Stadium Company, a single shareholder limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, having its head office located in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, registered under the Unified National Number 7050812622 and having a share capital of 500,000 Saudi Riyals fully paid.
“Content” means any and all information, documents and materials made available on the Website and any text, software, database, format, graphic and written work, briefing, newsletter, press release, news item, guide, article, case report and any other material, document or html reproduction, whether on the Website or downloaded from it.
“Intellectual Property Rights” means

“Saudi Aramco” means Saudi Arabian Oil Company, a Saudi joint stock company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by virtue of Royal Decree No. M/8, dated 4/4/1409H (corresponding 13/11/1988G) with fully paid capital of SAR 60,000,000,000 and registered in the city of Dhahran under commercial registration no 2052101150.
“Terms of Use” means these terms and conditions, together with the documents referred to in them and any other policies or regulations on this Website (as updated from time to time).
