Fahad K. Al Dhubaib

Chairman of Aramco Stadium Company

Fahad K. Al Dhubaib is the Senior Vice President for Strategy & Market Analysis overseeing Aramco’s strategy, sustainability, market intelligence and risk. Prior to his current role, he was the Senior Vice President of Community Services, and the Vice President of Public Affairs. During which, Al Dhubaib led the transformation of the Company’s global communication, marketing and citizenship functions and programs including King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture - Ithra. In addition, he was involved in the company’s first global advertisement program and its venture into global sports sponsorships like Formula1 & Golf.

From 2014 to 2017, Al Dhubaib served as a Director in Aramco’s New Business Development where he led teams in developing and executing commercially strategic multibillion-dollar transactions related to Maritime Development, Energy Industrial City, Third Party Projects, and in Aramco’s Planning and Performance Management Department, before joining Investor Relations in 2018.

Al Dhubaib supported the company’s senior leadership in the Corporate Strategic Review that led to the energy industry’s most ambitious program, the Accelerated Transformation Program (ATP).

Al Dhubaib is currently a board director in Saudi Aramco Total Refining & Petrochemical Company (SATORP).

Al Dhubaib holds a B.S degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a M.A in Economics from the University of Southern California – both with highest honors. He also completed several executive programs at Stanford University; the Harvard Kennedy School of Government; and Oxford University. He also completed the General Management and Board Governance programs, and is an alumnus at Harvard Business School.

Al Dhubaib was a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Future Council on Energy. In 2015 he was selected as a WEF Young Global Leader (YGL) and a member of the YGL Advisory Board. He was also President and co-founder of the Saudi Association for Energy Economics, and a board member of the International Association for Energy Economics.

Mohammed Abdullah Al-Thomairi

Deputy Chairman of Aramco Stadium Company

Mohammed A. Al Thomairi is the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco), a position he has held since August 2021.

Mr. Al Thomairi brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience across Saudi Aramco and key government entities, including the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Health. His professional expertise spans strategic planning, change management, organizational development, business acumen, and project management, supported by a strong track record of leading complex, cross-sector initiatives and large-scale national programs.

Since joining Saudi Aramco in 1997, Mr. Al Thomairi has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Head of Financial Affairs and Assistant to the Executive Director of Health Services, Manager of the Medical Support Services Department, Manager of the Public Relations Operations Department, and General Manager of the Chairman’s Office. These roles provided him with broad exposure to corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, healthcare administration, and executive leadership, culminating in his appointment as Vice President of Government Affairs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Al Thomairi has represented Saudi Aramco, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Energy on numerous boards and government committees. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Aramco Stadium Company and is a Board Member of the Sports Infrastructure Committee for the 2034 FIFA World Cup, contributing to the planning and delivery of major national sports infrastructure initiatives. In addition, he serves on multiple strategic and high-level committees supporting national development priorities, public–private collaboration, and institutional transformation.

Mr. Al Thomairi has participated in numerous high-level international forums and official engagements across the United States, Europe, and Asia as part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s official delegations.

Mr. Al Thomairi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has completed executive leadership studies at the American College of Healthcare Executives and was awarded a Higher Diploma in Executive Management Development from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland

Abdulrahman Alqudaib

Director

Abdulrahman Alqudaib brings over 25 years of distinguished leadership experience in strategy and operations, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale programs and transformative initiatives across key government and private sector organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Abdulrahman has served as Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of General Entertainment Authority since January 2019. He has also held various senior roles at prominent entities, including the General Sports Authority, as Deputy for Technical Affairs, the King Fahd Causeway Authority, and the Saudi Electricity Company.

Abdulrahman is known for his ability to design and execute strategic plans, lead complex infrastructure projects, define corporate performance targets, and build organizational capabilities in people, systems, and processes.

Abdulrahman holds an Executive MBA from IMD, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, and has completed advanced leadership programs at Harvard Business School and the IMD Board Director Diploma program.

Bader S. AlReziza

Director

Bader S. AlReziza is the CEO of AlReziza Trading and Contracting Company, which is a second-generation family business specializing in retail F&B equipment, real estate, and the supply of oil and gas equipment, with a diversified investments portfolio.

He is the Chairman of AlQadsiah Club Co., and was also the Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber of Commerce (2022–2026). Bader holds several Board Director roles, and is a founding partner of Zadk Culinary Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to training and empowering Saudi chefs.

On the global stage, Bader is an active participant in international business councils such as the Saudi-British Business Council. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of the National Committee for Young Businessmen (2014–2017) and as Chairman of Oqal (Angel Investors Network).

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an MBA from California State University, Long Beach. Bader has also completed executive education programs at IMD Business School (Switzerland) and Stanford University (USA)

Nader Ashoor

Director

Nader Ashoor is a distinguished corporate executive and seasoned board member with a proven track record in leadership, strategy, finance, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Group Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Financial Officer at NEOM since July 2024, he brings a wealth of experience from over 15 years in strategic and financial leadership roles.

Prior to NEOM, Nader was Deputy CEO for Strategy, Development, and Transformation at BUPA Arabia, where he successfully led the formulation and execution of the company’s 2030 strategy, delivering consistent double-digit growth. He also spearheaded business diversification, established a first-of-its-kind healthtech venture fund, and managed a large investment portfolio.

Earlier, Nader held multiple leadership roles at Saudi Aramco, including leading the IPO readiness program and advising on major M&A transactions. A graduate of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with First Honors and an MBA from IMD International with Distinction in Leadership, Nader is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and has completed all requirements for the CPA (California) designation.

A recognized leader in transformation and investment strategy, Nader has served on the boards of numerous public and private institutions and remains a key figure in shaping Saudi Arabia’s economic future.

Jefferson Slack

Director

Jefferson brings more than 30 years of experience across the sports marketing and finance industries. He began his career at a leading sports agency, representing world-class athletes, including Michael Jordan. He later transitioned into private equity, where he led the sports affiliate of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst.

Jeff subsequently moved to Milan to serve as CEO of Inter Milan, before founding the European business for Wasserman and going on to oversee global soccer for IMG.

Since 2020, Jefferson has served as Managing Director, Commercial at Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team. Under his leadership, the team has achieved a twelvefold increase in revenues and has become Formula 1’s fastest-growing team by fan base and social following.

James Bisgrove

Director

James Bisgrove is a Football CEO who, during his tenure at Rangers F.C. helped transform the club’s business operations by significantly increasing revenues and modernising its commercial and sporting infrastructure. former UEFA executive responsible for the UEFA Champions League sponsorship programme, James was also appointed to the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) Board in 2023.

During his time in Glasgow, Rangers won the Scottish Premiership, Scottish Cup, and Scottish League Cup, reached the Europa League Final, and qualified for the UEFA Champions League.

In May 2024, Bisgrove moved to Saudi Arabia to become Chief Executive Officer of Al Qadsiah Club, backed by Saudi Aramco, where he is leading the club’s ambitious growth strategy and return to the top tier of Saudi and Asian football.

Under his leadership, Al Qadsiah opened their new High Performance training Centre, finished fourth in the Saudi Pro League and reached the King’s Cup Final in the 2024/25 season.

Matthew Kittle

CEO of Aramco Stadium Company

Matthew Kittle is a sports and live events executive with extensive experience leading the development, commercialization, and global positioning of the world’s most ambitious next-generation sports and live entertainment venues. Throughout his career, Kittle has overseen stadium development, revenue strategy, major events, partnerships, and fan experience, aligning long-term venue growth with global visions for sport, entertainment, and innovation.

Kittle brings more than two decades of leadership experience at the intersection of stadium development, commercial growth, and major global events. Most recently, he served as a founding executive and Senior Vice President of Business Operations at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, where he helped build the nearly 1.2 million square-meter development into a globally recognized destination. During his tenure, the venue earned numerous industry honors, including being named the world’s number one venue by Pollstar, Billboard, and Sports Business Journal, and hosted many of the world’s largest sporting and entertainment events, including the Super Bowl, College Football Playoff National Championship, WrestleMania, and performances by the world’s leading touring artists.

Recognized for scaling organizations, unlocking new revenue streams, and delivering premium, fan-centric experiences, Kittle has led large, multidisciplinary teams across complex stakeholder environments spanning sports, entertainment, media, and real estate. As Chief Executive Officer of Aramco Stadium, he is focused on establishing a new global benchmark for stadium innovation aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, with an emphasis on sustainability, commercial excellence, and positioning the venue as a premier destination for international sport and live events.
